Burrough on the hill at the usual time.
We are hoping to be there if Max's leg heals a bit more and he's not limping quite so much.

since we walked in clumber park and a lurcher growled and scuffled with vi when she went over to say hello, she has been quite nervous around larger dogs and does big round trips when we're out and she's off lead to avoid having to actually walk past them. not sure why it has spooked her so much but i will definately be trying to get down for the walk this weekend so that she can get some therapy with lovely friendly greyhounds.

Sorry peeps, I'll stick this up as an announcement in a sec. I'm going to show my face on Sunday cos I know it's been aaaaaages, but I've done something to my foot and if it's not better (or if one of you can loan me a go kart) I may not be going to the top. I'm hoping to drag new man along, too Please be kind to him.

We're definitely going to try and make it this time around. There are no birthdays, no babies due to be born and I'm not on call. I also like the sound of that pub!

Okay, official blurb: "The walk is this Sunday, the 9th, and we meet at 2pm in the Car Park - bring change for the parking ticket machine - £1.50. Please come equipped to scoop poop and bring refreshments for yourselves and the dogs, cos it's pretty remote out there! Dogs need to be kept on leads as there are sometimes sheep grazing in the area." Does anyone know if the car park is signposted in Burrough on the Hill (have got directions to the place but don't know if it is a big village or how easy it is to spot the car park???) Definitely up for coming on Sunday to meet more of you and say hi to those we have already met. Think Dizzy will be looking forard to some long dog comapny as we only seem to meet small dogs! Looking forward to it! Jen and Diz
