If the cap fits, Chris & Claz........... ;D Must admit I counted the missing letters and figured she meant me! I've just noticed it's Leicslass Tracie's birthday today so perhaps.....? Nah, way too young! As she threatened to chuck me in the lake at Watermead last month, maybe we should give her the bumps at Burrough tomorrow?

Fab walk and those new and old faces were there too!! ;D It was great to meet newbies (Jen with Dizzy and Dalbys new owners) and wonderful to see Vi and Suzanne again. Had a lovely walk and my lot are suitably knackered now! Can't wait to see the piccies.

Well what a fab afternoon! Brilliant to meet new people and catch up with some of the regulars [formerly known as old ones ] again.
Best of all for me was seeing how our dogs are progressing so positively in terms of feeling secure and confident (and a touch less secure and confident in Sol's case!) Great to see Tiny looking so healthy and Max's leg healing well too.
It was Violet, Dizz & Dalby's first White Lodge walk with their folks and of course Dalby left to start his new life as a Twangerifico. No more sleeps Dalbs - you're home now lad! ;D
Beginning at the end, here's the obligatory mobbing-for-treats shot in the car park afterwards. Claire No.2 came in for the worst of it today.......
......although Alistair was the victim of a spot of pickpocketing courtesy of Mavis while (she thought) nobody was looking
Here are a few more snaps in no particular order.
Jen & Dizz
The Lovebirds
Linda complains that her kids have taken the mickey out of her in all the photos I've posted previously, so here's one they can't possibly make fun of!
Mandy & Bobby
La Famille Needle
I couldn't resist including this photo of Mavis - those ears!
Sarah, Suzanne, Morty, Annie, Rubes & Vi (aka "The Thief Taker" )
Lester with one of Dalby's new pups, Ben
Suggs and Dizzy G reunited
Dalby - not going back to White Lodge today! ;D ;D (I've posted another snap in his own thread)
Thanks again everyone for great company and bringing good weather with you! (and those flapjacks Tracie, which I didn't get to taste right until the end - Dave was feeding so many to Sol I thought they must be liver cake ) .

Really enjoyable walk again and haven't we been lucky with the weather yet again 8-)Lovely to catch up with everyone and meet new faces too.On the way Suggs just wanted to charge ahead again so I had several disjointed half conversations with people. When we got back I took him to the far side of the car park for two reasons before the walk he'd got a bit stressed and when I opened the boot to get a drink he'd jumped in to hide. He has a bit of a thing about cars and lots of people, actually as most of you know he has a bit of a thing about life in general.Secondly I confess I went for a crafty ciggie. So apologies to those :'(we didn't say good bye to especially Claire 1.Looking forward to the photos.

Great photos and you were so lucky with the weather. So sorry we couldn't make it (again) had to pick son up from the station as he had been to see his girlfriend in London. He didn't have time to catch the bus as he had to be in work by 5!

Looks like a good time was had by all. Sorry we missed out but Jasper was herding a pack of 20 students over the Beacon today. For those of you who remember last year, we actually all met up on top of the Beacon with our 2 separate walks!
To use my usual expression: "There's always next month's walk"'
Great photos as always and great to see new folks and old longdogs

Sorry its me again 'just meant to say sorry Jasper and family weren't there or if they were we didn't see them.Suggs walks so much better with his walking pal Jasper. He was in such a rush today I thought I was going to end up rolling down the hill ;DAlso Jen and Suzanne be careful Dave has fallen for Dizzy(although you know that Jen) and Vi.Keep a tight lead on them when he's around ,all the dogs were loving him today even Jess who Tracie said isn't overly keen on men.Alison Dave said you forgot to take his photo unless you've kept it for your self.the poor deluded fool ;D

Alison Dave said you forgot to take his photo unless you've kept it for your self.the poor deluded fool ;D Oh no! Dave's busted me Linda I have a secret private collection of photos of him which I drool over every night before retiring to bed. Here's the one from today which I was keeping for myself and which may also explain why I thought the flapjacks were liver cake You can't have failed to notice that Sol seriously adores Dave (irrespective of whether he's got treats or not) so if you'd ever like us to come over for a coffee one weekend afternoon , Sol's love of Dave might convince Suggs that Dave is an OK and non-scary guy? Dogs are very good at training other dogs in terms of confidence in my experience.
Off to bed now to dream about Dave - oh be still my beating heart! ;D No need to tell him, I'm sure he already knows! .
