-Still £1.50 and we'll be there at 2pm
Claz intimated 'keep it at 2pm' until further discussion and allow time to contact those who are not online should we decide to.
For those who were at Outwoods and coming from the Derby side, use the same directions but travel another mile or so and the car park is on your right this time. Other direction travelers, it's about a quarter mile on your left when you turn on to Breakback.
Nice weather please!!!

oh bum, we got halfway to the walk, and realised we didn't have the leads and collars with us. Tom and Alice escaped the garden and jumped into the car, so no leads were put on n the excitement not having any phone numbers with us, we could not ask if anyone had a couple of spares to bring along. We went home picked up the leads and went for a nice local walk in the Lickey Hills all being well we will be on the next walk.

Sorry we couldn't make today always enjoy WL walks.Dave will kill me for spilling the beans, but the forgetting the dogs leads stories reminded me of this;He came to meet me from work in the summer and we were going to take Suggs straight to Watermead when he picked me up.He loaded Suggs' blanket, water, poo bags and my old trainers started the engine then realized, yes you've guessed he'd forgotten Suggs, and they call me Loopy!

What a shame you didn't make it. We have done this before, so we bought a couple of cheap leads and keep them in the car! Wouldn't have had spare collars though!
We really did enjoy the walk today, lovely weather, great company and great venue - what more could we ask for?!

..... He loaded Suggs' blanket, water, poo bags and my old trainers started the engine then realized, yes you've guessed he'd forgotten Suggs, and they call me Loopy! Still some way to go to beat Legion (Nancy) who adopted Dino - one of our fosters (Alison can tell you all about Dino - he was her special project). We went to Beacon Hill to hand him over to Nancy - she, Roberto (hubby) and kids came on the walk. At the end of the walk Dino is put in the car and Nancy makes sure he's comfy, Nancy and Roberto get in and drive off. To be fair, they did come back for the children ;D

Back to the walk. We had a great time as always. Thank you to everyone that asked about Monty - I think that was everyone. But biggest thanks go to Alice, Glen and Mary - thanks to them I only had to walk four dogs today!! Alice with JackGlen with HoochMary with Mack and JasperHooch, Greg, Jack and HumansMary reckons she had no trouble with two hounds today - which is very good And don't know about you, but I think Greg looks quite happy with a couple of companions.

I was going for a festive effect with the red white and green pompoms but not sure that Sol doesn't just look like an Italian pizza delivery boy. Come to think of it, I'm all for dogs earning their keep so does anyone have a moped for loan? ;D [/b] [/quote] No, but as and when you get one: A large deep pan supreme with extra pepperoni and cheese. ;D Skye looking very handsome Doesn't he always? He is rather stunning. Yeti Chris, I have another 8 photos of your gang in their sweaters ........ if you'd like them. Yes please!!

Yes please for us too! Isn't Tiny a b*&^%r!!! He chewed right through his own lead so that's gone back to Collarways for about the 1 millionth replacement - I bet they are wishing they hadn't guaranteed chewed leads.... ;D I'm going to get the little so and so a harness I think. Next month I'm going to make sure the boys are wearing their jumpers so they can match the beasts - ours are blues and purples with a very snazzy black and gold trim. Love the pic of Skye and Max, they look so alike. I am determined to shift this bug so I can get to the next walk - I think I've had more than my fair share now - I've had it twice.
