The Beastly Beasts are doing their Christmas Meet and Greet to raise money for Greyhound Gap at Northampton Pets at Home on Sat 20th from 10am to 4pm. If anyone fancies coming along and rattling a tin for a bit you would be very welcome. Weather permitting we'll be outside the store so we meet passing trade as well as Pets at Home customers, so do wrap up warm. Joey & Wanda who helped last year The store is on the A45/A43 junction about a mile east of Northampton town centre and about 10 mins from M1/J15. Store details and map on the Pets at Home website www.petsathome.com/storelocator/store-details/id-1472

More than happy to come along and help in whatever way but as Sol is quite evidently not a Greyhound would we be much use?

Surely Sol is at the very least an honorary greyhound - and in any case it'd be great if he and you could come down to help.
Without a doubt it's the dogs that pull the crowds and the more there are the better.

The weather was kind to us yesterday - apart from a bit of light drizzle first thing it was fine in Northampton. My thanks to Lisa (who pet sits for us) and Ann and Curly for coming down for a couple of hours first thing. And most of all to The Beasts 'coz it was them that everyone wanted to see. Troy, Mack and Rosie were on their feet from 10 'til 5:30 - mind you, they did rather enjoy all the attention. Once again the people of Northampton were really generous and donated £552.87. The Beastly Beasts will add to that to round it up to £600
