Didnt know if anyone is interested but the following is happening on Sunday 2nd September. "The Gala is on Sunday 2nd September and will be held at Towcester Race Course, which is really easy to find. Its off the A5 (passed Paulerspury) if you are heading from Milton Keynes towards Towcester (you don’t actually go through the village) but it is well sign posted. It’s a brilliant day and there will be a greyhound show with classes like ‘Best Rescued’, ‘Best Northants Rescue’, ‘Best Golden Oldie’ – that sort of thing but then there is also a ‘proper dog show’ which have classes like ‘Best Handler’, ‘Most Obedient’. I don’t have a copy of the schedule of events yet but will have a word and see if I can get one for you – even if it’s a draft. There will also be lots of stalls, both charity and trade stalls, raffle tickets and this year we are actually going to do an auction during the interval. So one way and another it is looking to be a great day out, so prayers for the weather please! And of course loads and loads of beautiful greyhounds!"
I'll post a schedule as soon as i receive it.

We're already going to the Knighton Park Show that day. I wonder if I can split into two?

Oh dear have i started world war 3 ? lol Not at all, it's just that Tiny was doing his "in your face" thing at the show, kissing Syke etc and Skye had really had enough of such a rowdy young thug so he bopped him on the nose. Tiny was so shocked he was really very good after that!! ;D It was absolutely hilarious - the look on Tiny's face was "OMG what have I done!"

I don't think I'll be able to make this, BUT....... if anyone can take Lester and/or Dalby along, these guys really need an extra 'push' - the We Need A Home coats bring lots of attention.
I'd not want them to travel with a strange dog, but could provide a crate to enable them being kept apart.
If you CAN help, I'd be very grateful, please let me know.

I wont be able to take them (car is too small, hopefully bigger one for christmas), but i'd be more than happy to help out with them, if someone can get them there. After 5.30 today i dont have access to Internet, but you have my number (Skye boarding). Hoping Lester and Dalby can make it....
