Sorry guys, won't be able to help at this one as am working , shame as Diz and i really enjoyed the last one. Tips for those going - sun cream, sun cream, sun cream! I got badly burnt at the last one as it's quite a windy spot and you don't notice the rays! Secondly, and I am sure Trace would say the same if she was on line, we started quite slowly at the last one as we waited for people to come to us ( a few did), but things picked up when started accosting people on their entrance/exit to the garden centre! Not in an aggressive way obviously, but just going up to them with a dog and asking if they would like to come and meet the greyhounds worked a treat - think our Britishness sometimes precludes people from coming over uninvited - lots of admiring glances from afar unless you get hold of them quickly! get those collecting tins out early too! Good luck, enjoy!!! Jen and Diz x

The M & G went well, not as busy as last time though. Here's a few photos I took. Linda & Tooth. Tooth finally chilled out after several hours of being a mad puppy! Tooth trying to hump poor Caleb who was not impressed! Brenda cuddling Tooth. Caleb, and Robbie also pictured.

Great pictures Claire , love the 2nd one ;D ;D The dogs were all fab, Dusty is soooo laid back.Sorry I missed Suki leaving for her forever home, did anyone get any photos?.I thought the pups did really well, they will like all pups be a fulltime job but do seem very quick to learn. With a gentle downwards pull on his lead Tooth very quickly got the hang of 'down' and they both sit so wouldn't be hard to teach that command.Hope their homechecks go well. Despite Jens warnings I managed to get sunburned ;D but enjoyed the day,I would def be up to do it again.

Great pics. Looks like everyone had a grand time, sorry I missed it. I hope it brings in some more volunteers and rehomings - if nothing else, the youngsters are getting out and about being socialised and meeting new people and situations. They seem to be handling it very well and taking things in their stride. ;D
