H Pascoe, we take Caleb to an obedience class at Loughbroough on Sat at 12.30, so this may be a better time for you? I will be at the walk so we can have a chat if you're interested.

We still arnt sleeping properly since holiday Claire hence why we were at Fosse Meadows at 7am this morning As it had started raining at 11am and by 1pm it hadnt stopped,we decided the dogs (and us!) wouldnt want to get drenched, they had a really good run at 7 am, there wasnt a soul about. I wonder why So hope you didnt get too wet and we will see you on the next one. Suzanne,Harry and Woody x

Lightweight It was THE wettest walk ever, so thank you to everyone who came - you are either all very mad or very brave. I think we still managed about 25 people and only a few less dogs, so there are a lot of nutters out there! Welcome to the Pascoes and the lovely Joey - hopefully we'll meet again on a sunnier walk. I am sure there is a good reason why Gill, The Beasts and me drove an hour up the M1 in the pouring rain to go for a walk in the pouring rain. The best one I can come up with is the white chocolate & strawberry sweets. ;D

I enjoyed every minute of it, largely relief I think coz Sol was back to his customary reasonable behaviour More than anything I'm delighted that he's pals with Kai again . He's nice and sweet smelling as a consequence of getting such a thorough soaking which is also a bonus and completely tuckered out so he won't want a long bed time walk either - a good day all round for me! (and my pants are finally dry now too) ;D ;D Lightweight It was THE wettest walk ever, Not sure about this - I think it was just as wet on the December walk but bitterly cold with it and the wet was driven horizontally by gale force winds. YOU were enjoying the balmy climate of Egypt as I recall...........

As anticiapted, couldn't make it; and to be honest, if had been able I don't think we would (see as we turned out with Alison, Chris and a couple of other brave souls for that wet and windy December version ;D ;D). Glad you had such a good turnout in spite of the weather, hope someone managed a few wet photos?

Sorry, we had intended t go, but were just not brave enough!! We all got soaked on our walk the day before and didn't want a repeat, especially driving home with wet clothes! Well done to those who did brave the weather though.

Oh what a shame we couldn't make it. ;D We would of course have been there but unfortunately I'd booked up for the annual Dog & Hedgehog run. So I was not just enjoying myself lying in front of the fire. Also, Lola wanted to show off about passing her level 2 Basic Obedience exam (Another triumph for the brainy blues!) and Buddy wanted to swank about wearing his Good Citizen Dog Silver Award disc. (Sigh) Here's looking forward to the next walk. Hope you saved some of that white chocolate....

OK - I confess. We're fair weather walkers. A 'tip of my hat' to all you hard bitten long boat dog cruisers who braved the elephants elements to exercise the troops. ;D

These blues will soon be ruling the world (not!)Excellent news about Buddy too. What a star. No chocolate saved. It was far too scrummy
