For those with SatNav, the postcode for the car park is LE67 1DL The link below should provide further info and directions: www.goleicestershire.com/groups/thedms.asp?dms=13&GroupId=9&venue=2501499Car parking is free and there are plenty of spaces. No cafe or ice cream van though so be sure to pack cake and a flask! Very much looking forward to catching up with everyone and welcoming new friends, as always

Hoping to get along, and also hoping to introduce Alfie. He's my sister's new boy - not a Greyhound but a GSD/Newfoundland cross. He's a very friendly, laid back teddy bear of a dog and very much looking forward to meeting Ellie's mates.

Hoping to make this one , as long as my cold is clearing up, we've not been on a walk for about seven months. It will be Barty's (Barkley's) first walk so I would like to apologize in advance. ;D ;D He will bark loudly and pull when he see's the other dogs. However he is actually very submissive in reality and if our dogs run around barking at cats/squirrels when in the garden he is frightened to death and runs in to Mummy. So could I ask people give him so space to settle for the initial meet up and I'm sure after a while he''ll walk along side the other dogs nicely. He does wind Flynn up who will join in with him, which you all know is not like Flynn at all, so we wil probably split them up and I'll walk Flynn with Dilly and Tia.Hope to see you all on Sunday , unless you've decided to run for the hills after my post. ;D

Unable to make this one. My daughter and I are hoping to go the Your Horse Show in Warwickshire. However ... I have urged Zebedee to pursuade Mike that they really should attend for some houndy vibes. Good for them both. Hope to make the one next month. Enjoy. Penny O'C.

I'm convinced he'd be fine off lead he actually often runs away from mine off lead if they get a bit wild, and that he fels trapped and scared on lead but haven't found anyone willing to let me test my theory ;D ;D ;D ;D

Alfie's pretty thick skinned (no sense, no feeling, as they say) and his mum understands all about greys and their little pecadillos. No harm done.
