Hi everyone, Trace and I are going to try selling second hand books at papplewick to raise some addition funds. They always sell well at car boots etc and as we all know any money raised helps the hounds at WL . Obviously the more books we have the more money we can raise, please can you donate any you may have and don't wish to keep, only criteria is that they are in decent nick and not of an overly risqué nature . All proceeds will go to WL Sadly I'm not able to make the walk on Sunday but will be at GGG where am happy to take any books off people (not by force, I promise!) Thanks, Jen

I've promised some and some dog mags in v.good condition to the Greyhound Gap stall we're doing at Oakham on the 19th at the Dog Day (anyone fancy popping along it's on the events bit) but will split them in half and share. G.G. always raise mega bucks on their stalls selling books, bric a brac, homemade jams , etc, I did say to Tracy maybe that's the way to go to raise funds so hopefully WL might make some extra money with the books and maybe for next time we could consider other stuff?

Too right, it was the conversation we had at Hathern that got me thinking re branching out, worth a try eh especially as I can't cook to save my life so cakes would be a very dangerous option for all involved lol
