If it is just some of you and with Alison and Michael, from the same house. It may be a nodes issue. Which need to be rectified by proboards.

I've started having this problem, haven't been able to get on for over 2 days now, but it shows me as being online. Mum hasn't had this problem from the main computer and we are on the same connection. :/

.......have we tried restarting the computer....always the first advice I get from our IT support at work. Yep, to no avail I've done everything from changing the BIOS battery in the computer to selecting the "forever" option in the drop-down box. Also deleted cookies. I'm going to Beirut tomorrow on business and will try and log in from there. If it works (and the climate suits me) I'll be getting a pet passport for Sol and emigrating pronto

One last thought........Have we tried deleting all our offline content / temp internet files / cookies (it can be a pain) and all remembered passwords / form info etc by way of the 'properties' in internet explorer? Then of course a restart computer.
It may take you a while to reaccumulate all your password connexions (cool spelling!!!) but it might work.
Failing that, there is a gentleman in Mounsorrel who has rescued our computer after viral infection (KK Computers or something like that). He's has a good rep in the neighbourhood and is a Choc Lab breeder as well - Can't be too bad !!

Still happening to me on Firefox but have just got in ok on Safari browser, have done the cookies/cache clearing on Firefox but to no avail.
This happened to a few of us on another proboard forum but the proboards people sorted it as it was definitely a technical issue at their end there.

OK - One more piece of pontification::::: Our computer has been a pain and yesterday was giving us error messages on our McAffee and I couldn't log on to anything - Probaord included. Just back from work and realised the calender was wrong on the computer - I put it back to May (NOT JUNE !!!!) 12th and the old PC is humming like a top again - could this be the cause of anyone elses' misery or is this coincidence aka coinkydinky ;D

I'm not sure what Richard, but I think it has got something to do with time and date. I seem to be able to log in at the moment provided I choose the "forever" option on the drop down box thing
